Oppressing the Veiled and Civil Disobedience

The French Assembly voted 366 to one in favour of the ban on the veil, primarily premised upon the notion, that it oppressed women.  Such arguments have been comprehensively demolished on this blog in the past, and hence do not necessitate a regurgitation of those arguments.  Nevertheless, one would certainly question the motive of a government which wishes to pass a law against a minute minority (some estimates suggest less than 400 women wear a veil in France) in a total French population of 63 million.

Gaddafi and the Western Financial Terrorists

Much can be said about Gaddafi and the architected (yes the Western architected) “revolution” taking place in Libya.  Certainly it is a return to form for the past colonialists.  The usual blatant hypocrisy of the Western powers cannot be more evident as they turn blind eyes to Bahrain and the Saudi/Xe/Blackwater incursions, Palestine, Syria and so forth.  Looks like Cameron can only flex is muscular liberalism only where is his oily, financial interests lie.  Perhaps an article for another day.  For now the following clip is more revealing of the dark, mafia-style banking corporations, which essentially contribute to the driving the global, greed-ridden policies of today:
